Terms of Service

These Terms of Use govern your use of StyleSeeker, operated by StyleSeeker as a sole trader in New South Wales, Australia.
By using StyleSeeker, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
CONTENTS
1. The StyleSeeker service
StyleSeeker provides personal style coaching, wardrobe analysis, reflections, recommendations, and related features using information you provide and artificial intelligence technology.
StyleSeeker provides general style and clothing guidance only. It is not medical, psychological, financial, legal, or professional advice.
AI-generated responses may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your circumstances. You are responsible for deciding whether to follow any suggestion.
2. Your content
You may provide information including your name, style preferences, clothing descriptions, wardrobe photographs, and inspiration images.
You retain ownership of the content you provide. You give StyleSeeker permission to process and store that content only as reasonably necessary to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the service.
You must only upload content that you own or are legally permitted to use. You must not upload unlawful, harmful, abusive, infringing, or misleading content.
You are responsible for the content you submit and for keeping your device and account access secure.
3. Artificial intelligence
StyleSeeker uses third-party artificial intelligence services to generate coaching and style-related responses.
AI responses are generated automatically and may not always be accurate, consistent, or appropriate. You should use your own judgment and should not rely on StyleSeeker for decisions involving health, safety, finances, legal matters, or other high-risk situations.
4. Subscriptions
StyleSeeker may offer auto-renewable subscriptions through Apple's App Store.
The subscription name, billing period, price, free-trial period, and renewal terms are shown before purchase. If you begin a free trial, the subscription will renew at the stated price unless cancelled before the trial ends.
Payment is charged through your Apple Account. Subscriptions are managed through your Apple Account settings. You can cancel a subscription through your Apple Account settings.
Apple controls billing, payment processing, refunds, and subscription management. Refund requests must be directed to Apple in accordance with Apple's applicable policies.
Apple's role. Apple is not a party to these Terms and is not responsible for StyleSeeker or its content. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and, upon your acceptance, have the right to enforce them against you. Your use of StyleSeeker must also comply with Apple's Media Services Terms and Conditions.
Subscription features may change over time, but StyleSeeker will continue to provide ongoing value during an active subscription period.
5. Acceptable use
You must not:
- Use StyleSeeker unlawfully or fraudulently.
- Attempt to interfere with or damage the service.
- Reverse engineer or misuse the app.
- Upload content that violates another person's rights.
- Use the service to generate harmful, abusive, or illegal material.
- Attempt to access another person's information.
6. Privacy
Your use of StyleSeeker is also governed by our Privacy Policy:

The Privacy Policy explains how StyleSeeker handles information such as names, style descriptions, wardrobe photographs, uploaded images, cloud data, and analytics data.
7. Data deletion
Account and data deletion tools are available in the app's Profile or Settings area where supported.
Deleting your data may remove local information, CloudKit data, stored images, pending notifications, and other associated content. Some information may be retained where required by law, necessary to resolve disputes, or needed for security and fraud prevention.
Deleting the app does not necessarily cancel an Apple subscription. Subscriptions must be cancelled through Apple's subscription settings.
8. Availability and changes
We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of StyleSeeker when reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, legal compliance, or product development.
We do not guarantee that StyleSeeker will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.
9. Intellectual property
StyleSeeker, including its name, branding, software, design, and original materials, belongs to StyleSeeker or its licensors.
These Terms do not transfer ownership of StyleSeeker's intellectual property to you.
10. Disclaimer and liability
To the extent permitted by Australian law, StyleSeeker is provided on an "as available" basis.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy that cannot legally be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
To the extent permitted by law, StyleSeeker is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the service.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of New South Wales, subject to any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be published on this page with a new effective date.
